You'll have at disposal all the space necessary equipment and amenities to have a great stay in Montreal ! It's the perfect place for a couple, friends, family, solo travelers or business travelers ! Ideal for 5, but could fit up to 8 very comfortably.

You will be welcomed in a very comfortable, spacious, luminous, quiet, and private open concept Condo with your own private entrance and 2 balconies.
The apartment condo type was recently renovated and updated and is well equipped. It is ideally located in the heart of the city, in the Homa neighbourhood, 5 minutes from the city center by metro and especially located right in front of the metro.
Parking available as well.
Rental bikes are also available near the metro station for you to get around town.
The apartment is located near many major attractions and Montreal sites such as the Olympic park, the Botanical garden, Biodome, soccer stadium, Old Montreal, Old Port, Parc Jean-Drapeau (Osheaga, Fireworks, Casino, Grand Prix, Six Flags) Maisonneuve park and only few minutes by metro or a nice bike ride to Place des Spectacles (Jazz Festival, Just for Laughs), Plateau Mont-Royal, Mont-Royal mountain), Little Italy and much more.

Indoor and outdoor pools (few blocks away).
Big parc in front of the condo with kids playground, acqua parc, skateboard ramp, baseball field.

Cozy, renovated and quiet, this great open concept very spacious condo style feature :
- WIFI is available
- A large living room area with a flat screen tv with cable and a nice comfy L shaped sofa, a long sofa chair and third sofa that open into a double bed.
- The large living room can be divided in two; As one part of it could be used as a dining area (dining table with chairs) or as extra sleeping if needed.
- one bedroom with a queen size bed and one single bed.
- a second bedroom with one king size bed and it’s own flat screen tv with cable tv as well.
An additional single bed is available (the kind you can fold and move around)
- A fully renovated spacious kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary to prepare good meals: full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes and a coffee machine, basic cooking products as well (oil, spices, tea..).
- A clean and well maintained bathroom with a bath tub, shower, a sink and toilet.
-For your comfort, towels, bedsheets and hangers are provided. You'll have at disposal, the equipment for ironing, and a hair dryer.
-The apartment is usually nice and cool in the summer but a few fans and a portable air conditioning are at your disposal if desired.

You will be welcomed upon your arrival to exchange keys and appropriate information and instructions for you to have a pleasant stay. The check in is between 3pm and 9pm, a confirmation of the approximate time of check in time is required.

Summary: This apartment was in a great location, especially for families! It is literally right across the street from a park, which had a great playground for our kids. There is also a new splash pad/water feature in the park. The metro station is VERY close by, a short walk through the park. And the Montreal Metro was very efficient! So clean and easy to get downtown! There is also a great bakery, Au Pan Doré, with coffee and delicious pastries on the other side of the park. This area is close to the Olympic Park, which was very interesting to explore. Darcy was so friendly and helpful with neighborhood knowledge. We had a great visit to Montreal!
